At NEOPOCUS we work to ensure your custom painting arrives to you in perfect condition.

Each painting is handmade to order:

• Original Photo Frame:5-7 business days
• Illustrated Photograph Frame:7-10 business days
• Designs with Neon:7-10 business days

Once production is complete:

• Domestic Shipping (USA):3-5 business days
• Express Shipping:1-2 business days (additional cost)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of the artwork. You will see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time.

All our paintings are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
