Returns and Refunds Policy

At NEOFOCUS we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every custom painting we create.

Customized products

Because each painting is created specifically according to your personal requirements and preferences, we do not accept returns of personalized productsonce production has begun.

Manufacturing defects

If your painting arrives with any manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hoursof receiving the product. We will ask you to:

• Clear photographs of the damage or defect
• Order number
• Problem description

We will evaluate each case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Errors

If you received a product different from the one you ordered due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Claims process

To file a claim, please email vannesamunoz94@gmail.comwith the required information. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge if production hasn't started yet. Once customization has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
